Ancona's Shipping Policy

Anyone purchasing from Ancona's Wines & Liquors must be at least 21 years of age to make a purchase. By placing an order, you have represented to Ancona's Wines & Liquors that you are at least 21 years of age. All alcohol delivered must be received and signed for by an adult of legal drinking age. 

All items are sold from our licensed location in Connecticut. Title of the goods passes to the buyer upon purchase. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship into any state outside of Connecticut. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment. By placing an order, you authorize us to act as an agent on your behalf to engage a common carrier to ship your order to your selected destination.

In the event of missing or damaged orders, you can fill out a claim HERE and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
