Gorgo delle Venezie Pinot Grigio

"A total delight of a Pinot Grigio from the Veneto--Gorgo is an easy-drinker: dry, crisp, lifted, and fresh. Lemons, fresh cream, and a pleasantly stony minerality easily entice another sip, and eventually another glass. A flawless accompaniment for garden salads, cod, pulpo, or a simple high quality aperitif. This is class act Pinot Grigio and a true crowd pleaser."

Gorgo Verona Chardonnay

"Gorgo's stunning take on Chardonnay is remeniscent of clean crisp Macon: crunchy snapdragon apples, honeysuckle, white tea, and wild flowers--all finely dressed with thirst-quenching mineral poise. Vinified exclusively in stainless stell--no wood here--just pure concetrated fruit and stone, which well adapts it to almost any salad, sauteed white fish, scallops, and also serves as a brilliant aperitif."

Gorgo Bardolino Chiaretto Rose

"Clean, crisp, and pure--this dry rose strikes a rare balance: flavorful, yet light on it's feet--complex and long. White raspberry, cherry blossom, crunchy herbs and stony mineral. A very pleasurable glass of wine with or without food: a great accompaniment for sushi, sashimi, shrimp, and a variety of salads."

Gorgo Bardolino

"The Gorgo Bardolino is youthful and fresh--driven by crunchy, bambly black fruit, cherries, and a touch of spice. This is uncomplicated and simply delicous and provides a brilliant no-brainer accompaniment for pizza, pasta, or a spread cheese and charcuterie. Overall just an honest, well-made organic wine with a lot of charm."

Gorgo Custoza San Michelin

"This dry, crisp white simply floats across the palate. This is a blend of Garganega (the same grape variety that makes up the backbone of Soave), Cortese (which has achieved is fame in Piedmont where it takes the leading role in Gavi) and Trebbiano (a key workhorse white in central Italy). Lemon water, fresh herbs, Asian pear, and whispers of wildflowers, fresh linen, and sea salt. Bight acids with rounded edges make for an incredibly versatile vino that's just exceptionally easy to drink and a no brainer to pair at the table or drink all on its own. Certified organic. Certified delicious."

Gorgo Corvina Verona Ca Nova

"Pretty much my ideal Italian house wine. This is packed with authenticity, soulful earthiness, and generous layers of black fruit. Made from the Corvina grape variety (most famous for its leading role in Valpolicella and Amarone)--this is a stunning example of what is possible. The savory earthy bits make the wine: white truffle, mushrooms, and sous bois adorn sappy and succulent black fruit and a considerable backbone of velvety soft tannin. The finish is impressively long. An excellent choice for prosciutto, bolognese, or carpaccio. Also a great option simply for the sake of a glass of red."
