"Simply stunning. Elisa's Moulin a Vent 'Les Thorins' is next level in so many ways. This is a wine that captures a wild sense of nature, terroir, emotion, and even with all this considered is still specacularly 'crushable' as the kids say. Wild black berries plucked from the vine, wild flowers, tomato leaf, whispers of volcanic mineral, fresh linnen, fresh herbs, and white tea harmonize. On the palate it serves up a good dose of tannin in a posture it seems I've never quiite experienced before: elegant, but assertive, juicy, rustic, and irresistable. Elisa is a force and she has a magic touch. I can go on but you won't quite understand until you pull a cork."
