"The Seailles Rouge is produced from 100% Merlot--although forget everthing you know about sappy, wishy-washy Cali Merlot, the Seailles Rouge is more in line with Bordeaux sensibility than anything else: black cherry, warm spices, sous bois, truffles, and tree bark. There is a layer of rugged tannin here and it's actually really satisfying and fresh. Pair it with roasted veggies, portabella burgers, or pepperoni pizza."
