"This 100% Tempranillo hails from a tiny biodynamic farm Toledo, where Carmen Lopez Delgado ferments in stainless steel, using only indigenous yeast and scant SO2. The end result is incredible--one that prompted elevating this to our Wine of the Month club. Aromas of wild strawberries, white truffle, black pepper, herbs, wildflowers, and tea emanate from the glass. On the palate, more complexity, freshness, and soft juicy tannin that finishes long and lingering. Pair it with grilled vegetables, flank steak, or lamb skewers. Production is under 200 cases."
