"Timmy's Gamay is a crunchy delight. On the nose: cranberries, tart black cherries, wild raspberry, black tea, Rhone-esque black peppercorn, garden soil, and petrichor. On the palate, pleasantly bright acid is accompanied by more crunchy fruit, and a mouthwatering minerality characterized by crushed seashells, river rocks, and damp earth. This is very much my style. 12.5%"
