"A one of a kind work of art: Raj and Sashi at Sandhi wines have partnered with their hometown land trust to bring a small parcel of regenerative farming to the land. Rah and Shasi are using this vineyard as a platform to teach regenerative farming practices that conserve water and goal of foster a healthy microbiome. In 2021, the vineyard yeilded just 2 barrels of Chardonnay and it is glorious: cured citrus, sea salt, basil, lemon thyme, apple blossom, and river rocks.
