“Pomalo” effectively means: to be, to chill, to hang out without doing anything in particular and that’s what this wine is all about. Debit is the local workhorse grape variety here on the Dalmatian Coast. These wines are light on their feet, clean, crisp, and vinified on the holistic natural side. Meyer lemon, Anjou pear, sea salt and fresh cream harmonize. This also weighs in at the very key 11.5% alcohol. We know from science that generally beverages 12% and higher cause considerably more dehydration so this is a pretty key spot to be. Pour generously with grilled shrimp, lobster rolls, cold pasta salad, chicken salad and you get the idea."
