"The committee tasted and 'crushable' resounded across the room. This is stunning Slovenian Pet Nat Rose and you probably need to have a bottle in your life. As far as pink wine goes, this is flush with red fruit more than most, pristine ripe cherries, blackberries, plumb, and whispes of fresh herbs and salinity. This is great pet nat and a unique riff over your average capture. I'm thinking fried seafood, fish and chips, shrimp scampi."
