"An old favorite-Mardon Quincy is a staple in the Loire section. 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Grown on limestone. This is a Sancerre look-alike coming from the Central Valley vineyards in the Loire. Notes of lemon, lime, green apple, and seashells shine through. And while the wine is spectacularly fresh, it doesn’t come across as over acidic-floating across the palate like cloud made of Sauvignon Blanc. A perfect accompaniment for everything from goat cheese, to light salads, sauteed fish and sushi/sashimi."
