"23% Pinot Gris, 22% Riesling, 21% Pinot Blanc, 20% Muller-Thurgau, 14% Muscat. An Alsatian style white that combines fruit from five organic vineyards across the Willamette. This is made with native yeast and low sulfur. The resulting wine is marked by succulent yellow fruits, oily citrus, wildflowers, cherry blossom, and pear skin—basically, a flawless cocktail of fruit and non-fruit. The flavor concentration is impressive though drifts across the palate with ease and the finish is long. Pour this with your bitter veggies like arugula, and endives, or shellfish, cheese and cheese and charcuterie—overall just a great utility pour to have in your arsenal for those moments that demand versatility and deliciousness."
