Simply irresistable pillowy mineral preceeds notes of fresh cream, clean linnen, lemon curd, and a backend of sublime chalky length. 3C is pretty much my spirit animal. I'd pour up with fish and chips, shrimp scampi, and local oysters on the half shell sprinkled with a dallop of caviar--a rare fancy happy place."
