"Here we have a Portuguese blend from the Dao incorporating an eclectic ensemble of 50+ grapes: Malvasia-Fina, Bical, Encruzado, Cerceal, Rabo de Ovelha, Uva Cao, Fernao Pires, et al planted. The first time I tasted this wine it expanded my brain a little. The outcome is a happy combination of freshness, depth, texture, and complexity. On the nose: baby white flowers, lemon oil, and sea salt. On the palate--lots here: cured citrus, fresh herbs, and a whisper of yeast. This wine spends 90 days on the lees and aged an additional 9 months prior to release. Organic and Biodynamic. Delicious."
